Warranty

 
The warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase and covers defects in materials and workmanship.
 
Any claim for warranty must be accompanied by proof of purchase and details of the alleged defect.
 
The warranty does not cover the following:
  • Faults caused by improper or incorrect use of the product
  • Faults caused by tampering with the product
  • Cosmetic damage
  • Loss of files or damage to files through direct or inconsequential use of the product
  • Freight or insurance for the return of the product
  • Any liability which is greater than the price paid for the product
 
In most cases,we will be able to repair and return the defective item within 2 weeks.
 
If repairs are not possible, we will send a replacement product. (If the product is still under warranty)
